Description

Questo whisky è una specialità irlandese unica nel suo genere, prodotta con il processo Pure Pot Still. Si differenzia dagli altri single malt per il fatto che si utilizza una miscela di orzo non maltato e maltato. Successivamente viene effettuata una triplice distillazione, utilizzando un whisky di Midleton di 8 anni, un quarto del quale è stato conservato in botti di sherry. Il resto è stato conservato in botti di bourbon, ma l'etichetta non dice che si tratta di un puro Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey irlandese. Edizione limitata: 12.000 bottiglie.
